As Global Digital Product Leader, Megan is responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of Nielsen’s digital product portfolio, working closely alongside clients and the industry to identify and understand emergent needs and evolving Nielsen’s product and service offering to suite.
Since joining Nielsen in 2004, Megan has held numerous senior leadership roles with the Company including, most recently, Managing Director of Nielsen’s Media business in the APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) region, Managing Director of Nielsen’s online business in the APMEA region and Managing Director of the Company’s online business in Australia.
Megan has more than 20 years of technology, product development and marketing expertise. Prior to her work at Nielsen she held senior leadership positions within large publishers and online technology providers. She was amongst the founding team at online publishing company ninemsn, where she was Director of Production from its startup until 1999. She held the position of Chief Technology Officer at ASP startup Peakhour, and consulted at a senior level for both Akamai Technologies and News Interactive.
